What is dementia to me?

Dementia, is when you no longer have control over your own brain. Regardless how many times i read about Dementia. I still don't quite understand it... I don't understand my own dad. It is such a difficult task trying to take care of someone whose yelling at you because of something that doesn't exsist. Or dose it?

Maybe when your losing battle with your own brain, Surrealism is real to the eye of the beholder...
